BIOS FlashBack and OptiMem II Memory Routing
BIOS FlashBack lets the BIOS be updated using only the button and a USB drive, which removes the need for an older supported processor when preparing the board for a newer Ryzen chip, while OptiMem II routing helps preserve signal integrity for higher DDR5 speeds.
- Install a Ryzen 9000, 8000 or 7000 Series processor up to the 170W limit.
- Fit two DDR5 modules for dual-channel memory up to 96GB.
- Place the fastest NVMe SSD in the PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot and a second drive in the PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot.
- Use the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot for a graphics card and connect high-speed wired networking through the 2.5Gb Ethernet port.
